Inkvoice includes built-in reports for tracking revenue, taxes, and outstanding payments. All reports can be exported as CSV.

Available Reports

Tax Summary

Shows collected tax amounts grouped by tax rate over a date range. Useful for tax filing.

• Filter by date range
• Grouped by tax definition (e.g., "VAT 20%", "GST 10%")
• Shows taxable amount and tax collected

Aging Report

Shows outstanding invoices grouped by how overdue they are:

• Current — Not yet due
• 1-30 days — Slightly overdue
• 31-60 days — Moderately overdue
• 61-90 days — Significantly overdue
• 90+ days — Severely overdue

Revenue by Customer

Breaks down total revenue by customer over a date range. Shows which clients contribute the most to your business.

Revenue by Product

Breaks down total revenue by product or service. Shows which offerings generate the most income.

Dashboard

The main dashboard provides at-a-glance metrics:

• Total revenue — Sum of all paid invoices
• Outstanding — Sum of unpaid sent invoices
• Overdue — Sum of overdue invoices
• Invoice counts — By status
• Revenue chart — Monthly revenue over time
• Recent invoices — Latest invoice activity
